You can use the modules with armrests or assemble the sofa of your configuration without armrests. The sofa is decorated with three pillows and a knitted plaid. The color of the plaid can be changed at your discretion in the material settings. The model has a correct topology and can be used with the subdivision modifier. To reduce the number of polygons and speed up rendering, you can disable the subdivision modifier
