On our website, companies from the European Union and the United Kingdom can request invoices for 3D model purchases or balance top-ups (coins) under the following conditions:
1. Company Information Submission
To receive an invoice, you must provide your company details in your account under the "Settings / Personal Information" section.
2. Payment via Stripe
Invoices are issued only for payments made through the Stripe payment system. You can select Stripe as your payment method during checkout or while topping up your balance.
3. One Invoice per Month
Invoices are generated on the 1st day of each month and cover all purchases made in the previous month.
For example, for purchases made in October, you will receive an invoice dated October 31st, sent to your email on November 1st.
4. Minimum Purchase Amount
Invoices are issued only if the total purchase amount for the month is at least equivalent to €10.
5. Submitting a Request
To receive monthly invoices, simply send a one-time request to email: invoice@3d-baza.com
