Invoice Policy

On our website, companies can request an invoice for 3D model purchases or balance top-ups (coin purchases), under the following conditions:


1. Company Information Submission

To receive an invoice, you must provide your company details in your account under the "Settings / Personal Information" section.

2. Business Purchase Selection During Checkout

When making a purchase, please make sure to select that you are purchasing as a business on the checkout page.
There is a checkbox labelled “I’m purchasing as a business” in the payment form.
This option must be selected and the required VAT information must be provided, otherwise an invoice cannot be issued.

3. One Invoice per Month

Invoices are generated by the 5th of each month and cover all purchases made in the previous month.

For example, for purchases made in October, you will receive an invoice dated October 31, which will be sent to your email by November 5.

4. Minimum Purchase Amount

Invoices are issued only if the total purchase amount for the month is at least equivalent to €10.

5. Submitting a Request

To receive monthly invoices, simply send a one-time request to email: invoice@3d-baza.com
