This is realy product of Ballard Designs. Modelling by me. only quad polys. 

Tristen square ottoman was born to entertain. Two birch wood trays lift out for easy serving. Tray niche is finished with spit-tack trim, so it looks great even when the trays are out. Nicely padded top rests on boldly turned castered legs.
