The trunk is made with photogrammetry.
To get a "bare" tree remove polygons with ID 10-17.
Displacement maps are in the trunk and cone materials, you can turn them off.
Leaf materials using opacity maps and check the clip.
The model is at the beginning of coordinates, the pivot is at the base of the trunk.
