The scene contains two objects: carpet and splines (spline_hair).
If the hair is not scalable, then in the settings for hair and fur, you need to open the scrolling tools and activate the inscription "Recomb From Splines" and specify spline_hair, and the wool will take the desired size. Before rendering, go to the Rendering Effects tab, click Hair and Fur and select the mr prim mode below. If you have any problems with drawing fur, write to me.
