Kinder Surprise series “Hippos on Vacation”, or otherwise “Hippos on Deck”. This series was repeatedly re-released in various European countries until 2001. It was first released in Germany in 1992 under the title “Die Happy Hippos auf dem Traumschiff” (“Happy Hippos on a Dream Ship”). 

The Hippo released in 1992 and the one released in 1995 are different. For example, the chef from the earlier release has a chef's hat. And it is removable, by the way.
