3D model of the cottage (only the exterior), 2-storey, designed in 3DS MAX 2020. Dimensions: height (to the roof ridge) - 9,4 m, 1st floor - 3,0 m, 2nd floor - 2,9 m. Width / length: 10.8 m. / 12,2 м. Texture and lighting settings are made with Corona Render 5 (Hotfix 2). All cameras are ready for rendering. Renders have small adjustments to brightness / contrast and saturation. The native file is max 2020, but the archive contains the 2018 version. No plugin or script is required to run the file.
