The Plateau designed by Buro Famos is a series of coffee tables made up of just two simple wooden components: a top and a base. The tabletop is crafted from solid wood and milled to give an elegant edge to frame the design. The distinctive edge also highlights the highly skilled joinery featured throughout the series and creates a beautiful rounded design. The base is made from molded veneer and also contains a hidden storage compartment, while the top also doubles as a tray.
