In the scene there is a simplified model of a beveled window in the wall.
The colors of the model can be easily changed in the material settings.
For Corona render, it is recommended to put the version at least 1.5, because the glossiness of materials is adjusted with PBR.
If you are working in V-Ray version lower than 3.1, then be careful, in the materials in the BRDF section is Microfaset GTR ( GGX ), if your version is older, the BRDF field will be empty. Choose Blinn, Phong or Ward, whichever you prefer.
